The platform provides online practice exams, mock tests, study materials, and performance analytics. All services are digital products delivered online and accessible upon registration or purchasing a subscription plan.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities and transactions that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.
  • Account credentials may not be transferred, shared, or leased to any third party.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Access to premium mock tests and test packages requires purchasing a subscription plan.
  • All online payments are securely processed through PhonePe and authorized Indian payment aggregators via WooCommerce. We do not store your debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
  • All prices are clearly stated in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Subscription packages, test attempt allowances, and validities are displayed on the pricing and checkout pages at the time of purchase.
  • Refund requests are handled strictly in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure platform integrity and a reliable experience for all aspirants:

  • Each account and subscription is for individual personal use only.
  • Simultaneous logins from multiple locations or sharing access credentials across multiple users is strictly prohibited.
  • We employ automated anomaly and usage detection systems to prevent credential sharing and unauthorized scraping.
  • Accounts found violating fair usage terms may be suspended or terminated without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All test series, questions, solutions, study notes, software code, UI designs, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of GRO TECHNOLOGIES.
  • Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for exam preparation during their active subscription.
  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, download in bulk, record, or resell any content from the platform without prior written consent from GRO TECHNOLOGIES.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using automated scrapers, bots, crawlers, or extraction tools on any portion of the website.
  • Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise website security or server infrastructure.
  • Distributing exam questions or solutions on unauthorized third-party forums or commercial channels.
  • Providing fraudulent identity, payment details, or engaging in unauthorized financial transactions.
  • Using the website in violation of any applicable Indian laws or regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GovtJobs.in and GRO TECHNOLOGIES are independent private initiatives and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government entity, recruitment board, or official examination commission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRO TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from platform use shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the active subscription under dispute.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, their interpretation, and any claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform, transactions, or services provided by GRO TECHNOLOGIES shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal suit, action, arbitration, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or payments shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Sambalpur, Odisha, India, and all parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
